10 Months

Brooks is really starting to grow so fast. This month everyone commented on how much bigger he looks. This was the first month he couldn't wear his 3 month onesie for his monthly pictures, woo hoo!

Poor Brooks got his second cold this month and it was a doozy. Of course, I got sick at the exact same time, AGAIN, and we were both miserable. Luckily, once again, this coincided with my mom's trip up to visit so she took care of us, thank goodness!

Brooks LOVES his Grammie. He loved every second of visiting with her. He has started a little bit of stranger danger, but Grammie is no stranger! He goes right to her like he sees her every day. We had a great visit, even though we were sick.

We got a couple days of decent weather, so we went to the park and Brooks got to rediscover the swings. Turns out he's still a fan. We can't wait for good weather so we can be at the park way more often!

Brooks has really started loving books this month! He loves to hold them and turn the pages. He also loves to be read to. It's so fun to see him really examine the pages as you read to him.

He is also obsessed with the window. If he's ever upset, we just take him straight to the window. He stares at the cars and people and whatever strikes his fancy. It buys you a solid 20 minutes of entertainment!

He has started pulling himself up to his knees. He will make his way over to his toy basket and pull up to find the right toy.

This month Brooks got a visit from his Grandpa and Grandma Gould as well! The weather was horrible so we didn't get to do much but they played with him non-stop and he loved it. I think he was really bored the first day after they left with just me to play with.
